From Friday, June 19th through Sunday, June 21st, The Charleston Friends of the Library will host its Main Library Book Sale to raise funds for the Charleston County Public Library. Admission is free.
Residents will be able to shop for a variety of books starting as low as $0.50. Books, DVDs, and CDs, will also be available with prices starting at $1 for paperbacks and $3 for hardback books. Items include mysteries, romances, classics, children’s books, local histories, cookbooks, and a variety of non-fiction topics.
Here is this year’s schedule:
- Friday, June 19th: 9 am – 5:30 pm
- Saturday, June 20th: 9 am – 5:30 pm
- Sunday, June 21st: 2 pm – 4pm
Friends of the Library members will be able to shop on Thursday evening from 5 pm – 7:30 pm.
The Main Library is located at 68 Calhoun Street.
