Caviar & Bananas to Launch Weekend Brunch Menu on Mother’s Day Weekend

Caviar & Bananas is celebrating Mother’s Day by launching an all-new Weekend Brunch menu. Beginning on May 9th, the menu will be available on Saturdays from 8 am to noon and Sundays from 9 am to 1 pm.

Some of the new offerings include:

  • Weekend Fried Egg Sandwich
    • Prosciutto, spinach and roasted tomato marmalade served on a housemade English muffin
  • Veggie & Eggs Benedict
    • Vegetable-quinoa cake and herbed hollandaise, Sweet Potato & Kale Hash with poached eggs
  • Florentine Omelet
  • Lemon Oatmeal Pancakes with warm cherry compote
  • The Diner Plate
    • Eggs, bacon and a homemade buttermilk biscuit
  • Crispy Chicken Buttermilk Biscuit with tasso gravy
  • B.E.L.T with a bacon duo, fried egg, and black pepper aioli.
