The event will feature a special four course menu that includes. One of the featured beers will be Stone’s new Japanese Green Tea IPA. The dinner will be available from 5 pm until close.
The menu includes:
- First Course
- Dumplings with pork jowl and braising vinegar paired with Arrogant Bastard Ale
- Second Course
- Oysters with Glass Noodle Salad, radish, carrots, and ponzu paired with Go To IPA
- Third Course
- Confit Duck Soba with shitake dashi and tempura vegetables paired with Japanese Green Tea IPA
- Fourth Course
- Udon with uni, scallop, quail egg, tobiko, and miso paired with Cali-Belgique IPA
The dinner is $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity) with the beer pairing, or $45 per person without the beer pairing. O-Ku will also offer their regular menu.
