This Friday: Fish + Fowl Craft Beer Dinner at William Aiken House

acf4c857-b765-49e9-a434-23ffd97f589bThis Friday, The Local Palate will host a Fish + Fowl Craft Beer Dinner at the William Aiken House. The event starts with cocktails at 6:30 pm.

The dinner will feature a five-course menu created by four Charleston Chefs. Each course will be paired with craft beers from the Goose Island Brewery in Chicago. The featured chefs include:

  • Nico Romo – Executive Chef of Fish Restaurant
  • Jacques Larson – Executive Chef of Wild Olive and the Obstinate Daughter
  • Graham Dailey – Executive Chef of Peninsula Grill
  • John Zucker – Executive Chef and owner of Cru Cafe & Catering

A portion of the ticket proceeds will go to support, GrowFood Carolina, a local food warehouse that promotes local foods, local farms, and rural sustainability.

Tickets are $90 before taxes and fees. They can be purchased here. The William Aiken House is located at 456 King Street.
