The Granary and High Wire Distilling Set to Host Cocktail Pairing Dinner

highwireThis Sunday at 6 pm, The Granary and High Wire Distilling Company will join forces for a five-course Cocktail Pairing Dinner at the former’s home location.

Each course will pair one of Chef Brannon Florie’s culinary creations with a High Wire cocktail. Diners will also have access to The Granary’s full bar. Plus, there will be live music by Wilton Elder and Alex Kellner.

Here’s a look at the evening’s menu:

1st Course

  • Hometown Radler Mule
  • Charcuterie

2nd Course

  • Barrel Rested Gin & Juice
  • Seafood Pasta

3rd Course

  • Belonger’s Rum Sazerac
  • Lambchetta Po Boy

4th Course

  • Hat Trick Gin & Tonic
  • Duck

5th Course

  • Hot Buttered Sorghum Whiskey
  • Honey Bun
