The 12th Annual Blessing of the Vines Festival at Irvin~House Vineyards is scheduled for Saturday, November 8th from 12 pm until 5 pm.
Oenophiles who attend will be able to witness the blessing of the muscadine grapevines by Father Greg Snyder, hear live music, and much more. Attendees can also enjoy the annual sugar cane crushing, food and craft vendors, a “Souper Bowl” cook-off featuring participants from John’s Island restaurants, and activities for the kiddos.
Plus, Firefly Vodka and wine tastings will be available for purchase.Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or a blanket to relax on. Dogs are allowed on leashes only.
Admission is $10 per car with a portion of the proceeds being donated to the Frierson Elementary After School Program and The Center for Women.
