DIG South Announces Opening of Silicon Harbor Welcome Center
DIG SOUTH, an interactive festival based in Charleston, recently announced they will open the Silicon Harbor Welcome Center at 637 King Street on Monday, August 4th.
“DIG SOUTH is contacted daily by people looking for information about tech start-ups, established companies, jobs, capital, and more,” Stanfield Gray, founder of DIG SOUTH, said in a press release. “The Silicon Harbor Welcome Center will give them a convenient spot to drop in, have a conversation, and find what they need.”
According to the release, the Welcome Center will serve as a “destination for visitors and residents seeking a go-to, one-stop place to find information about regional companies engaged in the technology and creative economy.”
It will also offer brochures, promotional materials, and job postings. Businesses that provide services to tech companies are asked to submit materials for consideration via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Silicon Harbor Center will be open Monday through Friday, 10 am until 2 pm. For more details, click here.
