I'm sure you've heard of a Drive-In movie, but how about a Dive-In movie?
The Loggerhead Grill at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort made a splash last year when they announced they would be hosting a series of free poolside movie viewings. The venue recently announced that they will continue the series this summer. The family-friendly event features an inflatable movie screen, access to the pool, and extended bar hours.
The Thursday Night Movies begin at 8:30 pm. Here’s a look at this year’s schedule:
- May 29 – Finding Nemo – G, 100 min.
- June 5 – Space Jam – PG, 88 min.
- June 12 – The Princess and the Frog – G, 97 min.
- June 19 – Despicable Me 2 – PG, 101 min (shown at Night Heron Park)
- June 26 – Monsters University – PG, 104 min.
- July 3 – NO MOVIE
- July 10 – Planes – PG, 91 min.
- July 17 – Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2 – PG, 95 min.
- July 24 – Elf – PG, 97 min.
- July 31 – Smurfs 2 – PG, 105 min.
- Aug. 7 – Where The Wild Things Are – PG, 101 min.
