Wines of Rioja Dinner at The Macintosh

rojasThe Macintosh will host a four-course dinner on Thursday, March 6th featuring Dhane Chesson, the Southeast Regional Manager and National Accounts Director for Wines of Rioja.

The event will begin with a welcome reception at 6:30 pm, followed by a three-course dinner paired with the Rioja wines and ending with a dessert course (that will not be served with wine). The cost is $85 per person, non-inclusive of tax and gratuity.

The menu is as follows:

Passed Hors D’oeuvres

~ 2011 Ontanon Vetiver Rosado~

First Course

Whole roasted Golden Tile Fish, grill greens and ham salad,  red wine jus

~2010 Ramon Bilbao Crianza~

Second Course

Duck Galantine, roasted barley, duck liver, mushrooms, chickweed

~2004 Ontanon Reserva~

Third Course

Whole roasted prime strip, olive puttanesca and pimenton sauce

~2001 Ontanon Gran Reserva ~

Fourth Course

assorted mignardise

~No Wine Service~
