The Charleston Parks Conservancy is hosting the 5th Annual Teddy Bear Picnic on March 9th at Hampton Park. Families are invited to picnic in the park while enjoying crafts, games, and entertainment. The event is free and runs from 1 pm until 3:30 pm.
The event includes:
- Face painting
- Seed planting
- Cookie decorating
- Hula hooping with Homespun Hoops
- a Teddy Care Station for “injured” bears
- Food available for purchase.
- Live music from John Cusatis and other entertainment will include hula hooping with Homespun Hoops
- a teddy bear parade
Attendees are invited to bring a picnic lunch, blankets, and chairs. For more information, click here.
