Boone’s Bar is hosting a four-course Bourbon Dinner on Tuesday beginning at 6:30 pm.
According to the Boone’s website, the meal will include a Maryland style mini crab cake served on a fried chicken skin, a salad of red and white beets with sweet and sour vinaigrette and bourbon candied bacon, elk burger on a brioche bun, and homemade bourbon apple crisp. Willett Distillery will supply the bourbons, which will include Noah’s Mill, Willett Rye, Willett Pot Still Reserve, Johnny Drum, and Rowan’s Creek.
