UPDATE, 10/15/13: Glen Smith, writing for the Post & Courier’s Charleston Scene, says Charleston police told him they “were assured by Music Farm officials today that Skinful would not be taking place at the Ann Street nightclub.”

After facing opposition from the locals in two different South Carolina towns, organizers for the Skinful Halloween party have announced that the event will take place at the Music Farm.
According to the Charleston City Paper, refunds are available for a very limited time:
People who have already purchased tickets to Skinful will receive an e-mail from Stranger Tickets tonight informing them that they have 48 hours to get a refund on their tickets.
