Scratch Taco Boutique, a restaurant featuring a hybrid of Mexican and American cuisines, is opening today at 11 am for their first day of business.

- Lunch and Dinner: Tuesday – Sunday, 11 am – 10:30 pm
- Late Night Snacks: Thursday – Sunday, 10:30 pm – 1:30 am
- Saturday and Sunday Brunch: 10 am – 3 pm
