Brock Contributes to Spirit Magazine

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before, but Chef Sean Brock was recently featured in a magazine. Shocking, I know.

Charleston’s most famous chef contributed to a piece in this month’s Spirit Magazine. Brock gave his input on “How to Eat Like a Chef” and gave some shout-outs to fellow Holy City establishments FIG, The Gin Joint, The Ordinary, Rutledge Cab Co., and Two Boroughs Larder.
