Multiple outlets are reporting that there has been a nitrogen tank explosion near Patriots Point.
The Post & Courier is reporting that five people were injured in the blast. The outlet is also saying the incident happened on a “dirt road off Patriots Point Road just after the street to Waterfront Park.”
