Pint Pedal, a “collaborative celebration of beer, bicycles, and the passage of the state’s first pint law” is scheduled for June 22nd starting at 11 am. Thanks to the recently approved pint law, local breweries can now sell their brew in pints.
The celebration event begins at Palmetto Brewery (289 Huger Street) where attendees will gather before embarking on a police-escorted bicycle ride from to COAST Brewing Company, (1250 2nd St. North). After a short stay at COAST, riders will return back to Palmetto Brewing.
Full pints and samples will be for sale at both breweries, plus food trucks will be on hand. The organization are strongly encouraging costumes be worn by all riders.
Information and registration, which includes a $5 donation, can be found here.
