Any fans who wear red shirts to Friday home games, will save $1 off the purchase of their ticket at the box office. That dollar can then be donated to benefit the charity Canines for Veterans.
The RiverDogs players, their manager and coaches will be joining in by wearing specially-made red jerseys during those games. As a side benefit for fans, those jerseys will be auctioned at the conclusion of the season with the proceeds benefitting Canines for Veterans, a Charleston based program that provides quality trained dogs to Veterans with disabilities.
The home portion of Charleston’s schedule begins April 11th with a seven-game homestand that features the Augusta GreenJackets and the Rome Braves. For more information, please contact the Riley Park Box Office at (843) 577-DOGS (3647) or online at www.riverdogs.com.
