An oyster roast fundraiser is being held for a North Charleston police officer who severely injured his legs in a recent car accident.
The benefit will be held on Saturday, March 10th at DIG in the Park (Park Circle). The roast starts at 4 pm and includes all-you-can-eat oysters for $20.
For more information, visit the Post & Courier’s article about the event. The piece suggests attendees who want to eat oysters should RVSP to email@example.com so DIG in the Park can properly prepare.
If you can’t attend, but would like to donate to Officer Cooke, head here.
