"Estate Planning should always begin with education. In this Law Talk series I’m going to answer some of the most common estate planning questions including how to appoint guardians for minor children, how wills and trusts work (and don’t work!), how to avoid probate and more. My goal with this session is to provide the information needed so that you can be confident in making well-informed decisions about what is right for you and your family." - Stephen Gause, Esquire
