Downtown restaurant Lenoir is now serving dinner on Mondays. The launch happens today, which is also the three-year anniversary of chef Vivian Howard's restaurant opening in Charleston.
Howard is an award-winning chef, cookbook author ,and television personality with restaurants in North and South Carolina. She was the star and co-creator of the award-winning PBS shows, “A Chef’s Life” and “Somewhere South." She also writes a regular column called Country Accent for Garden & Gun magazine.
Lenoir is located a block off King Street at 68 Wentworth St. inside The Lindy Renaissance Charleston Hotel. Popular dishes include fried collards, blueberry BBQ chicken wings, roasted tomato pie, K-town burger with fries, and carrot cake with coffee icing.
The restaurant and bar are open 4 pm to 11 pm Mondays-Thursdays, 4 pm to midnight Friday and Saturday, and 11 am to 3 pm, and 5 pm to 11 pm on Sundays. For more information, go to dineatlenoir.com.
