James Beard Award-nominated Chef Nikko Cagalanan of Kultura is teaming up with Tarpon Cellars Winemaker Jeremy Carter for a special wine dinner celebrating springtime.
On Sunday, April 28th, Chef Cagalanan invites food and wine enthusiasts to enjoy a 6-course Filipino menu paired with an array of chilled wines from Tarpon Cellars. This intimate experience will give ticket holders a first-hand look at how Chef Cagalanan works in his small but mighty kitchen, and Carter will be on site to explain each wine pairing and mingle with guests.
