Cru Catering today announced its latest venture - a Summer Dinner Series. Executive chef John Zucker and the entire Cru culinary and beverage teams will host the series throughout July and August in their expansive kitchen.
Every multi-course dinner is curated by chefs John Zucker, Todd Annis, and Alicia Smith, and includes paired wine and spirits by Cru’s beverage director. The rotating experiences allow diners to join the team in an intimate, 20-person setting. Signature dinners include the following:
Tour of Italy
- July 26, 2024 and July 27, 2024
- Join Cru Catering chefs as they share their Italian culinary adventures in the form of 7 courses, paired with regional Italian Wine selections
Sabor + Spirits: A Tequila Tour
- August 9, 2024 and August 10, 2024
- South American street fare alongside a tequila tasting featuring 9 distinct varieties
Interactive Stations
- August 16, 2024 and August 17, 2024
- A culinary adventure featuring 8 chef-attended interactive stations
Bourbon, Bourbon, Bourbon
- August 23, 2024 and August 24, 2024
- Food and beverage dedicated to all things grain and mash
Summer’s Grand Finale
- August 30, 2024 and August 31, 2024
- Embrace the changing of seasons with a vibrant celebration saying farewell to summer and welcoming the crisp flavors of fall
Tickets are all-inclusive ($180 per person + taxes). Large groups are welcome but are limited to 20 guests each night. All events begin promptly at 6 pm and run for roughly three hours. September dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
