The Select, an Atlanta-based eatery, is planning to open in downtown Charleston late next month at 465 Meeting Street, Suite 120.
"Charleston's magnetic charm and culinary allure make it the perfect next stop for The Select," said owner Dave Green. "Its rich history, vibrant food scene, and warm hospitality made the city somewhere I always loved to visit. When the opportunity to work with Greystar came along, we knew it was meant to be.”
The Select’s menu will infuse French Continental cuisine with the traditional flavors of the Lowcountry. Menus will include small plates like The Select’s popular French Onion Soup and Lobster Arancini, as well as larger entrees like Miso Sea Bass and Steak Frites. In addition to full brunch and dinner menus, a raw bar offering a curated selection of freshly shucked oysters and seasonal seafood selections will be available.
