The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office took a break from busting criminals in order to bust some moves (sorry, I had to). Yesterday, the department posted their version of “The Running Man Challenge,” the Internet’s latest video craze.
The trend, which was made popular by two University of Maryland basketball players, features people doing a variation of the 1980’s dance move while “My Boo” by Ghost Town DJ’s plays.
The CCSO, which created the video as a recruitment tool, ends the clip by challenging the North Charleston Police Department and the Charleston County Consolidated 9-1-1 Center-Public Education Program to make their own versions.
